Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling
24-Hour Policy
Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours prior to your session incur no fee. Cancellations within this window are fully refundable.
Late Changes
Cancellations or no-shows occurring with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100% of the session rate to respect the consultant's time.
